The Tourist concept evaluates how tourists are welcomed to destinations in Europe.

The purpose with the concept is:
- to give the destinations benchmarking so that they can improve
- to show customers the good examples of service at destinations in Europe

The participating destinations are visited by mystery shoppers who evaluate 18 contacts points at the destination which are typical for tourists. See the critera here >>.

The results are continuously published on this website, however no individuals will be identified.

Destinations can also order customized evaluations, and decide if these should be public or if access to the results should be resctricted with passwords.
